Mass #4: The Eucharist & The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
This is our fourth lesson in a series of lessons that will examine the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. Our focus in this lesson is on the Mass as the Sacrifice of the Lord on the Cross. This is accomplished by the bread and wine truly becoming the Body and Blood of Christ, which the priest offers to the Eternal Father during the Canon of the Mass. We receive of that Sacrifice during Holy Communion, after the Canon of the Mass.
