Prayer #3: Adoration, Contrition, Thanksgiving, Supplication

The acronym, ACTS, reminds us of basic ingredients in prayer. Surely God is most moved by prayer that is a true offering of the whole self. Fasting and prayer are described in addition to the differences and importance of adoration, contrition, thanksgiving, and supplication.
