For orders shipped outside the United States, an additional international mailing fee applies. This fee helps cover the increased postage, customs, tariffs, and other costs associated with international delivery. Certificates are mailed via USPS First Class Mail.

Please note that delivery times vary greatly by country and are subject to customs clearance. In some cases, it may take several weeks—or even months—for your certificate to arrive. We encourage you to take this into account before placing an international order. Because shipping times and processes are outside of our control, we are unable to provide refunds for items that are undeliverable, refused, damaged, or delayed in transit.
