For international mailing, there is an additional mailing fee to offset the significantly higher cost of postage. Certificates will be sent via USPS First Class Mail. Please note that shipping times vary widely depending on the destination and customs process for the destination country. As such, in some cases, it can take weeks or months for a certificate to arrive. Please take this into account if you choose to order an internationally shipped certificate. We ultimately have no control on shipping times or delays and can not issue refunds for undeliverable, refused, damaged, or delayed mail.
