Holy Ghost #10: Charisms of the Holy Ghost
In this lesson we conclude our study of Pneumatology. Pneumatology refers to the study of the Holy Ghost, the third Person of the Holy Trinity. Once baptized we become members of the household of God. It is in a lifetime of growing in holiness that one discovers the gifts the Lord has given him and the ability to discern which of these gifts He would like for us to share. These are the charisms, the extraordinary gifts, that the Holy Spirit has given to the members of the household of God to the benefit of the Church and the greater society. These are the gifts one has been given to serve God and His people the exercise of which promote the growth of the Church and one’s own growth in his relationship with God. In this final lesson on the Holy Ghost, we consider the working of the Holy Ghost in our own lives.
